Our Process

We design processes and then implement them by buying or building the software required, training experienced human resources, and managing dedicated teams to do the work. We work hand-in-glove with our customers to ensure that our teams are virtual extensions of their in-house operations staff. Communication is clear, accurate, professional, and timely. Production bottlenecks are removed for streamlined processes.

A typical real-time updating engagement might, for instance, involve:

  • Monitoring 5,000 records (companies, people, products) for changes using one of our partners’ software tools;
  • Updating changes via an experienced, dedicated resource;
  • Adding additional information to the record (telephone, email, social media, image) via Internet research;
  • Verifying the changes via a telephone call by an experienced telephone researcher; and
  • Updating the record via secure remote access to customer’s database.
